The professional hospital management course is a two year programme offered to graduates. There is very good scope for placement in the hospital/ health sector after a postgraduate programme in hospital management. The pay scale would depend upon the placement profile of the institution from where you qualify. Hence, those passing out from really highly reputed institutions could get high salaries. Movement up the hierarchy would depend upon your performance on-the-job.

I am a physiotherapy graduate. Kindly suggest me best options available with respect to good placement. Thanks & Regards?
When our body or a part of the body fails to function normally as a result of the disease or injuries, physiotherapy is adopted to treat the disorders with the help of different physical exercises and other agents like heat, radiation, electricity, water, and massage to cure weakness of muscles, and movements in joints of shoulder, knees etc. The physiotherapy deals with preventive, curative and restorative means to provide normal or alternative function of various systems of the body. The permanently disabled person is trained to make best use of the able potentials in him to live an active and independent life. The professionally trained person who administers this treatment is known as physiotherapist. Physiotherapists restore mobility, alleviate pain and suffering and work to prevent permanent disability in patients. A physiotherapist works, as a member of rehabilitation team, in cooperation and consultation with specialists of medicine / surgery. He examines the patient thoroughly to determine the degree of incapacity sustained by the patient by administering muscle tests. He discusses his findings with the doctor and decides about the future course of treatment. He periodically reviews the treatment and make necessary alteration in the treatment, if required. The physiotherapist is always the source of inspiration to the patients. Therapists practice in hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and private offices that have specially equipped facilities. The job can be physically exhausting. In addition to standing for long periods of time, physiotherapists must move equipment and help patients turn, stand, or walk. Therapists usually work as part of a team, consisting of physicians, nurses, social workers, other therapists, and specialists. You may respond to the advertisements published in leading dailies for a suitable position.
