i am doing M.Sc.chemistry(corresspondance) form Vinayka Mission university selam (Tamilnadu). is this course is approved by DEc and UGC.???? is this corse is valid to apply as lecturer??
The university should be able to verify whether it is recognised by the Distance Education Council (www.dec.ac.in) and University Grants Commission (www.ugc.ac.in) through the copies of the relevant notifications. The university would be recognised by UGC and approved by the DEC, but individual academic programmes may not be recognised or approved. I am a science graduate (CBZ combination ) from H.P. universitywith 58.4% marks and a post graduate (M.Sc.Biotechnology) from B.U. Bhopal wiht 69% marks.
